High Impact Negotiations

A critical part of being effective in negotiations, whether as an individual or in a team, is getting the communication element right. The High Impact Negotiations course includes some of the key Kingstree communication skills to allow us to give our clients a unique offering.

The course teaches people to negotiate at a level that makes them capable and confident in all situations. Our approach, is based on a series of principles that can effectively apply to any sector or type of negotiation.

Clients are taught by experienced negotiators in groups of up to 12 people. Where a client might not be able to place a full course, Kingstree is able to mix the participants with suitable other companies in related sectors, adding a valuable networking element to the negotiation skills we deliver.

The course is fast moving and interactive. Using video to record and critique each tailored exercise, the emphasis is on client participation and live practice and goes beyond just conceptual teaching.
