Over the years, we have executed senior executive level coaching programmes for a wide variety of clients, including ‘blue chip’ multinational corporations like 3i, AkzoNobel, Diageo, Ford, GKN, HSBC, Land Securities, Lufthansa, Nokia, NYSE Euronext, and Schroders. These assignments tend to be bespoke, frequently with a focus on investor relations.

We have also supported many clients in transactions. We have helped corporations like BAA, Bayer, Clariant, EDF, RBS and Shell, successfully sell businesses. We also have worked with numerous private equity firms on portfolio company exits. Some of the firms we have worked with include Bain Capital, Cinven, Electra, EQT and Hg Capital.

At the same time we have supported senior executives at a wide range of professional services organisations, working both on general spoken communications and specific competitive pitches. Clients include law firms like Ashurst, Clifford Chance and Linklaters, investment banks like Citi, Sberbank, UBS, Canaccord Genuity and a wide variety of other large and smaller firms.

In addition to corporate clients, we work also with government organisations, Members of Parliament, the MOD and the UK Defence Academy. And we work with NGO’s and industry bodies, such as the AA, British American Business and the Design Business Association, plus universities and business schools.
